What this policy covers.

This privacy policy describes what information IXSOR LLC ("IXSOR," "we," "our") collects when you visit ixsor.com, contact us through the form or by email, or engage us for services — and what we do with it. The site is operated from and intended for users in the United States.

— 02 —

What we collect.

From the contact form: your name, firm or practice name, role, email address, state or jurisdiction, practice areas, and any message you choose to send.

From normal site usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed, time of access). These are retained for 30 days for security and operational purposes only.

What we do not use: third-party analytics, advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, social-media pixels, or session replay.

— 03 —

How we use it.

We use submitted contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule an initial consultation, and propose a scope of engagement if there is mutual interest.

We do not use it for marketing newsletters, list rentals, or any third-party purposes. We do not send unsolicited promotional email.

— 04 —

Who has access.

Only IXSOR personnel involved in responding to inquiries and scoping engagements.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following service providers under standard data-processing terms:

  • Cloudflare — DNS, web hosting, edge caching
  • Google Workspace — email and calendar

We may disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory inquiry) or to protect our legal rights.

— 05 —

Storage, security, retention.

Contact form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace email and retained for the duration of any active inquiry plus six years (consistent with typical professional services retention periods).

Server logs are retained for 30 days then automatically deleted.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of any electronic transmission.

— 06 —

Cookies and tracking.

We use three tools to understand site traffic.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate traffic counts. No cookies, no IP storage for tracking, no cross-site fingerprinting. Always on; nothing to opt out of.
  • Google Analytics 4 — page-level metrics, content engagement, form drop-off. Sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) with up to 2-year retention. Loaded by default; opt out below.
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymized session replays for content review. Sets first-party cookies (_clck, _clsk). Microsoft anonymizes IP addresses, masks form fields, and strips typed text from replays. Loaded by default; opt out below.

We do not use advertising trackers, social-media pixels, behavioral profiling, or cross-site retargeting.

Opt out — three paths, any one is sufficient:

  1. Email — write to [email protected] with subject "Opt out — analytics". We will exclude your data from any analysis we perform and confirm by reply.
  2. This device — click the button below. Sets a local preference; tracking stops loading on this browser.

    Status:

  3. Browser signal — we automatically honor Global Privacy Control. Brave, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, and others support it. If your browser sends the signal, no opt-in needed: we treat you as opted out on every page.

See the cookie notice for the cookie inventory and durations.

Your rights.

Regardless of where you live in the United States, you may:

  • Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention requirements
  • Opt out of any communications

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Residents of other states with consumer privacy statutes (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as enacted) may have similar rights and may exercise them through the same email address.

Children's privacy.

This site is not directed at and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
