Assess.

One week. We talk to you and to anyone on staff who would actually use the tools — not just the partner who buys them. We review your existing workflow, your software stack, your practice areas, and your engagement letters. We do not look at client files. The output is a one-page memo on what AI use cases are worth pursuing in your practice and which are not.

Design.

Two to three weeks. We propose a specific scope: which capabilities to engage, what tools to evaluate, what governance to put in place, what budget. You approve, modify, or decline before any implementation begins. The engagement plan you sign is the contract.

Integrate.

Three to eight weeks, depending on scope. We do the work — tool evaluation, policy drafting, workflow mapping, vendor negotiation. We meet weekly. We share drafts as we go. Nothing is delivered as a surprise at the end.

Govern.

One to two weeks. We document the framework so you and your staff can run it without us. Training session in your office or on video — your preference. Quarterly check-in offered for the first year, with a written summary at each.

Measure.
